Refund policy
1. OVERVIEW
We specialize in engraving machines and related hardware. All products sold on our website are physical machinery units used for engraving, cutting, or marking materials. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all hardware products purchased directly from our store.
2. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We operate a strict 30-day return policy. This means you have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your engraving machine must be unused or lightly tested, in its original structural condition, and must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and components. Proof of purchase is required.
3. RESTOCKING FEES & RETURN CHARGES
* Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items (£0.00).
* Return Shipping for Defective/Incorrect Items: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Zone Engravers will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
* Return Shipping for Change of Mind: If you are returning the machine due to a change of mind, personal preference, or because it is no longer needed, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs.
4. HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return process, please contact us directly at support@zoneengravers.com. Please provide your order number and clear photographs or videos of the machinery.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and return instructions. Items shipped back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
5. REFUNDS
Once your return shipment is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your machinery upon arrival. If your engraving unit is defective, damaged in transit, or missing integral parts, contact support@zoneengravers.com immediately. We will prioritize the case and issue a pre-paid return shipping label to provide you with a free replacement or a full refund.
7. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled free of charge up to 1 business day after placement, provided the item has not yet been processed or dispatched by our logistics providers. If the package has already left our facility, the order cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
8. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct product exchanges. The most efficient way to secure an alternative model is to return your original item for a full refund and place a separate order for the preferred unit.
